CI DIP & PAY- NON-NEGOTIATABLE FOB ROTTERDAM PROCEDURE
Dear Sir, Madam,
We, Maxwell CTSE on behalf of supplier, a company incorporated in The Netherlands, confirm that we are ready, willing, and able to supply the following commodities in the terms and conditions below:

NOT NEGOTIABLE DIP AND PAY PROCEDURE
1. Buyer sends an ICPO based on Seller’s offer, along with Business Profile and CIS, via official email.
2. Seller sends CI (Commercial Invoice); Buyer signs and return the signed CI with POF (MT 199 or MT 998 or MT799) bank to bank.
3. Seller verify the POF provided by the buyer and issue verifiable POP (Proof of Product in Seller’s Name)
a) SGS Report 48 hours old
b) Tank GPS Location
c) Injection Report
d) Authority to Verify
e) Commitment to Supply
f) Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA)
g) Certificate of Origin
h) Authority to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
I) NCNDA-IMFPA signed by all parties
4. Buyers Conduct a Dip Test at his own costs , Sealed, and release a Full Payment within 48 hours as per CI and issue the TSR coordinates or Q88 buyer has the choice to extend the sellers tanks to 3-5 days.
5. The seller injects to the buyers Tanks or Vessel as per issued TSR Coordinates or Q88 issued by the buyer.
6. Seller issues the Title Transfer and pays commissions as per signed NCNDA-IMFPA within 48 hours after receiving the Funds.
7. Seller and Buyer sign the 12 Months Contract
